Sarah Smith and Shaun Smith retain all rights, title, and interest in and to Who's afraid of the dark? NOT ME! and its documentation and in all related copyrights, illustrations, including registrations, applications, renewals, and extensions of such rights. You may not remove any titles, illustrations or copyright notices, in Who's afraid of the dark? NOT ME! and its documentation. You are not granted any rights to any trademarks or service marks of Sarah Smith and Shaun Smith.
Title and Ownership
You agree that Sarah Smith and Shaun Smith may collect and use technical data and related information, including but not limited to technical information about your device, system and application software, and peripherals, that is gathered periodically to facilitate the provision of software updates, product support and other services to You (if any) related to Who's afraid of the dark? NOT ME! Sarah Smith and Shaun Smith may use this information, as long as it is in a form that does not personally identify you, to improve its products or to provide services or technologies to you. You agree that if you provide Sarah Smith and Shaun Smith any personal data, they may store your personal data and to transmit such data internally within their organisation or to Sarah Smith Designer and Illustrator's affiliates. Such processing, storage, and transaction shall only be to the extent necessary for, and for the sole purpose of, enabling Sarah Smith and Shaun Smith to perform its obligations.
After downloading Who's afraid of the dark? NOT ME! application, you accept all responsibility for any activity that occurs while using the application. Please note access to the use of your device camera is necessary for use with Who’s afraid of the dark! NOT ME!
